Melissa Lapa brings over two decades of experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments, where accurate documentation and privacy aren’t just priorities - they’re essential. Her firsthand knowledge of accessing sensitive information and navigating the demands of managing multiple medical offices brings deep insight into the everyday chaos of paper-based information.  She's worked firsthand with HIPAA protected documents and understands the value of streamlined digital access to records - especially when patient care is on the line.
