Transform shared stories into lasting keepsakes.
Archive Lane creates professionally designed books that transform shared experiences into lasting keepsakes. From end-of-season sports books to community memory projects, these books are thoughtfully designed to capture stories, milestones, and collective moments in a format meant to be preserved and shared.
This project may be completed:
As an add-on to Photo Digitization using files already digitized through Archive Lane
As a standalone project, using customer-provided digital images or files
These projects may include:
End-of-season sports or team books
School, club, or organizational memory books
Group or community keepsakes
Collaborative storytelling or milestone projects
Professionally designed books created from collected photos and materials
Especially helpful for:
Families preserving shared memories or milestones
Schools, teams, or organizations creating commemorative books
Community programs documenting events or collective experiences
Anyone who wants a professionally designed book without managing the design process themselves
If you have an idea that doesn’t fit neatly into a category, that’s okay—many projects start that way.
Each project is collaborative, intentional, and custom.

Book projects are offered in two distinct formats, based on project size and complexity.
Memory Book Projects (Small Batch)
Small batch memory book projects are priced with a flat project fee, designed for families or small groups creating a single, shared book from a defined collection of photos.
Each project begins with a project fee (required to begin), which covers the full scope of work required to plan, design, produce, and deliver the finished books.
The project fee includes:
Professional book design and layout
Project coordination and print preparation
Up to 20 pages
A minimum print run of 5 identical 8.5" × 8.5" hardcover books
Printing and shipping coordination through a professional print partner
Digital proofing prior to printing
Design, layout, printing, and shipping are all included within the project and batch pricing. Design and layout are completed once per project, with printing scaled by quantity.
Additional pages and print quantities may be added at established rates, with final details confirmed before printing begins.
Custom Book & Program Projects (Medium & Large Batch)
Larger book projects, such as end-of-season team books, school programs, organizational projects, or community initiatives, are custom scoped and quoted based on project needs.
These projects vary in complexity due to factors such as:
Number of contributors
Volume of content and images
Approval workflows
Page count, quantity, and production logistics
Pricing for custom projects includes design, coordination, and print preparation, with printing and shipping quoted once scope is defined. No work proceeds without review and approval of pricing and timelines.
